Enterprise friendly - Not allow adding individual accounts to workspaces

Please give me a way to turn off the ability for users to add other individual users to workspaces. In a strict enterprise, it is a huge problem for us that anyone who belongs to a workspace can just add others to that workspace. It would be great if we could turn off the ability for anyone lower than admin of the workspace to be able to add members or any role honestly. Also on an app created out of the workspace, if we could only allow groups to be added as the audience, adding individuals makes it very hard for an enterprise to control the data and creates a lot of risk for us.

This would be very useful in highly governed orgs. All data access could be controlled through active directory groups.
