In the current matrix visual, hierarchy expansion is limited to a downward direction, which can be restrictive for finance-focused organizations. My suggestion is to introduce an option for upward hierarchy expansion.
Some third-party visuals already support this functionality, highlighting its practical value. Adding this feature natively would enhance the flexibility of matrix visuals and reduce reliance on external tools.
