Enhanced Access Control Options for Power BI Apps

Current Functionality:

• Custom access request messages can be configured in Power BI Apps
• Users can still submit access requests even when custom messages are displayed

Requested Enhancements:

1. Option to completely disable access requests for an App
2. Ability to display read-only custom messages without an access request button

Use Cases:

• Organizations with strict access governance requirements
• Scenarios where access must be provisioned through specific channels
• Cases where immediate communication about access procedures is needed without generating request tickets

This feature would give App administrators more granular control over access management while maintaining clear communication with users about access procedures.
