PowerBI Embedded Analytics currently allows edit mode to the report embedded on the hosting application/ website. However, DAX measurements could only be created through PowerBI online workspace instead of through the hosting application. It will be good to provide formula bar API to allow users to create custom DAX measures from the hosting application.
