Enable exact copy of a table within Power BI

I have a calendar table that I added a lot of cool dynamic columns to in order to flag dates like last 90 days, next 90 days, this week, this month, etc. I need more than one copy of this table in my model, but when I export it to Excel and then bring it back in, the formulas are all gone, so it is no longer a dynamic table. As a result, I will have to recreate those formulas everywhere I need the additional date tables. Is there a good way around this? Thanks!
