Enable dynamic format strings in report measures

Currently the dynamic format string feature is only available in a Power BI dataset, which means that they cannot be used in the following scenarios:

• Report measures in a Power BI report connected to a Power BI dataset
• Report measures in a Power BI report connected to an AAS data model

Enabling this feature for report measures would mean they can be used in any Power BI report, regardless of the architecture or location of the data model, as this feature is currently quite limiting yet such a useful feature.

Such a great feature, but without the option to use it on reports connected to Power BI datasets, you're basically making the feature useless to any enterprise solution..

Would like to expand this idea to allow for dynamic formatting on both report measures and analysis services measures as we are unable to utilise this brilliant feature due to our measures residing on AAS currently.

Yes I need this to work in a report, connected to a PBI dataset, that I also publish to a public website.
