Enable data source OneDrive refresh in Service for published Desktop files

OneDrive refresh provides the ability to refresh a data source stored in OneDrive once an hour which is a HUGE improvement over the 8 times per day scheduled refresh. However, this requires the user to connect to the data source ONLY through the Power BI Service. This means published Desktop files are off-limits. Currently, a user with data sources stored in OneDrive is limited to the 8 times per day refresh if they intend to use the Desktop software to add calculated columns, measures, or reports. Please add the ability to enable hourly OneDrive refresh after publishing a Desktop file to the Service if the data sources for that file are stored in OneDrive.
