Enable column resize in lakehouse table preview UI

Issue: can't resize lakehouse columns to view column names in full in table preview UI even though the mouse cursor changes when positioned over a column's edge to indicate that resize is available.

Either disable mouse cursor shape change or implement UI functionality to achieve consistency with UI/UX behavior across Microsoft product suite. I understand you can display all the columns in the left pane, so who cares if you don't see the names in full at the top of the table in the preview pane. Small thing, but consistent UI/UX language is important.

Same applies for the results view in Warehouse / Lakehouse SQL endpoint. Really need to be able to resize columns to show data that is longer than the initial default width.

Agreed, and cutting off the column name along with only showing 20 characters or so per cell makes the table preview and query results windows painful to use and hampers the user experience. Can you change the Lakehouse/Warehouse results and preview grids to reuse the same grid control as in Notebook dataframes via display()? That one is nice
