Currently, when item definitions or background processes become stuck or orphaned, the only way to resolve the issue is through manual intervention by a tenant admin. Need an automatic or self‑service solution that can detect and safely clear stuck or orphaned processes, such as:

• Automated background cleanup or retry logic
• A supported self‑service action available to workspace admins
• A system‑triggered cleanup after a defined timeout or failure state

This would eliminate the need for manual intervention in most scenarios.
