Enable Workspace Creation for Users with Capacity Access

Currently, only users with Pro or PPU licenses can create workspaces even if they already have access to a dedicated capacity. This can be challenging for organizations that invest in capacity to unlock advanced features and better performance.
 

What we’re suggesting:

Let users who have capacity access also create workspaces. This change would make capacity ownership truly meaningful by allowing full workspace management. It’s a more logical, seamless experience for enterprise customers.
