Enable Service Principal Authentication in the SQL Endpoint Refresh Activity

Currently the only authentiation option in the sql endpoint refresh activity within data pipelines is Organisational Account. In order for this activity to be sutible for production use we need it to support service principal authentication.

The direct REST API does support service principal authentication.
