Enable downloading a PBIX file even when the semantic model is configured with Incremental Refresh. Currently, Power BI restricts PBIX download for datasets with incremental refresh enabled, which creates challenges for customers during troubleshooting, development, version control, and report enhancements. Customers are requesting an option such as a safe, sanitized, or warning‑based download to help them maintain and update reports without rebuilding them from scratch. Enabling this feature would improve supportability, reduce development effort, and enhance overall user experience.
