Currently, Power BI reports have a dedicated mobile view, but it is only available in the Power BI mobile app. However, in many cases, users need a responsive version of the report that adapts well to smaller screens when viewed in a web browser.
A great solution would be to allow the mobile layout to be displayed in the Power BI Service (web browser), based on screen size or a toggle option. This would significantly improve accessibility and usability, especially for users who do not have the Power BI app installed but still access reports on tablets, small laptops, or resized browser windows.
1️⃣ Auto-detect screen size – Show the mobile view automatically when the screen width is small.
2️⃣ User toggle option – A button allowing users to switch between desktop and mobile views manually.
3️⃣ Embed-friendly version – Make it easier for embedded reports to display the mobile view where necessary.
