Jinja templating would allow users to much more easily create and format dynamic messages from the pipeline parameters. Currently, the only good way to do this is with a clunky mess of `concat` statements and conditionals. Jinja is straight up better for this and has a syntax designed around this type of task. Enabling a jinja renderer that can access pipeline variables would be hugely beinficial and would be a massive value add for the various messaging tasks.
