Enable/Disable (pin/unpin) Filters for each report/view

In many cases, you don't want a filter to impact all the reports/views on a Dashboard. Example: let's say you have 2 reports, one showing monthly trend for sales and grid report showing sales for selected month. in this case, you don't want to let a month filter impact the sales trend, but it has to impact the sales for current/selected month.
