Enable/Disable export to PDF, PPT and printing functionality by workspace or by report. Rather than at tenant level.

Some datasets and analyses are too sensitive to even allow export to PDF, PPT and printing. But at the moment this option is only available to alter at the tenant level. It would be better to have it either at workspace level, or better, at report level in the same way as data exports are set at report level.

It is a great limitation to have users access underlaying data in report dashboards as a default option. This needs to be a toggle for the report owner to enable.

Dear Team,

We have an important requirement to disable the "Export" option for some of the Power BI reports. We do not want this to be done at the Tenant Level. Because, there are many capacities under the Tenant and many workspaces under each capacity. And, we want to disable the "Export" option only for some reports in the workspace. It is also fine if the setting is implemented on the workspace level.

Need feature at report level as tenant level doesn't meet business and security requirements.

Depending on different report types will have:

1. Different datasets containing public or sensitive data.
2. Grain of data (summarized or detailed records)
3. User's role for a specific dataset (owner / steward or consumer)

Some reports need export feature whereas other reports need it blocked.
