Embedded Power BI Export to PDF should apply filter / slicer to all pages not just the active page

• When exporting an Embedded Power BI report with a common filter / slicer across all pages in the file, the "current value" setting is only applied to the active sheet at time of export, all other pages revert to default filter value.
• This is a known limitation in the Power BI Embedded exportToFile API when exporting reports with filters applied at runtime.
• Unfortunately there are no suitable alternatives, the only suggested workaround is to use Bookmarks but this is too heavy from a setup / maintenance perspective and also introduces potential for error during setup of bookmarks.
• This works correctly in PowerBI desktop & PowerBI Service but does not work on PowerBI Embedded
• We need this functionality to allow users to self-serve and dymnamically apply a filter / slicer which impacts all pages within a Power BI file and for this version of the file to "hold" upon export.
