We all understand Microsoft's "play" with PowerApps, Flow and PowerBI to be "EMPOWERING the POWER USERS" in an organization... ... so it makes ZERO sense that Microsoft is surprised by people asking for PowerBI dashboards to be DIRECTLY integrate-able into PowerApps applications. IMAGINE how fast THAT would get the attention of CIOs of ALL organizations !!!
