Email subscriptions for Power BI reports in Report Server

Be able to create email subscriptions for the PBIX reports in the Report Server

Dear PBI team, what's the reason for declining this idea? This feature is essential as the PDF export feature. PBI Service isn't always in focus, so PBI Report Server should have those functionalities. Thanks for rethinking.

While this idea has been delayed since the last two years. It will be necessary for Microsoft to include the subscription feature on PBIRS.

What is the point to publish dashboards on PBIRS if users can't subscribe to them? For a very expensive product, MS could do much better as the functionality is already there for paginated reports.

Totally agree with : “This is a very common feature in all the reporting tools to send the reports on mail. Microsoft should look into this and enable…”. Please, add the subscription feature to PBIRS for .pbix files. This is a very important and useful feature required for Power BI Reports. Thanks in advance

It is very clear now that you neglect the pbirs users. Many super important features had developed for the service but the server was left behind.

Subscriptions are crucial for our end users.

Export matrix data and layout is basic.

We all know the main core of power bi is the service. But the server didn't improved much since 2019. My organization considering to switch to a different visualization tool.

This should be a baseline feature in PBIRS.
