The ability to subscribe oneself to reports, and the ability for administrators to subscribe other users to reports would very useful.

As others have stated, would be great to subscribe to a power bi report much like paginated reports. You don't need the same export features as paginated reports but a simple export to image or pdf would be awesome. I am having to print each power bi report to pdf saving it as a name then emailing manually to our stakeholders. Putting this on a schedule would save so much effort. Users want to interact with the reports but they also have a need to see the report in an email. Maybe also have an option to subscribe to a page, more than 1 page, or all pages in a report. Keep doing the great things you are doing with the current preview release. I appreciate you and your team's efforts.

2 ideas: 1) Can subscription options similar to SSRS be added - so you could schedule the time, audience, etc. 2) Currnetly, there is a subscription available, but it emails a max of 1x/day no matter how often the data refreshes. Could it be an option to allow the user to set the # of reports to receive max per hour/day/etc? Or perhaps an option to "Receive the report after X data refreshes" or something along those lines? With our data source (tabular cube) that builds 3 times/day - ideally our users want their reports each time the data refreshes - not just at the first build of the day (2 AM).

Completely agree. This would make it very easy to get this data to the right people. Currently, I subscribe and get the emails, but have a rule set that when I receive the subscription email it forwards it to my team in the morning.

This would be a great function to schedule a report to PDF or Excel like in SSRS

It will be very useful to get visually rich PowerBI reports, emailed on regular schedule to subscribed business user emails.

Microsoft should just abandon this half-excel, half-report builder thing called power bi. They should just go and acquire Tableau already. Lol

Its critical for us to have the ability to do 1) subscription delivery extension to Window Folder and SharePoint Doc Library 2) data driven subscription before we can consider moving paginated SSRS to PBIRS.

Need a Subscription feature which is like currently available in SSRS.
