Curretly we can only setup capacity email notifications when we hit a certain CU% threshold or when the capacity hits 100% at certain timepoint. But most of the time (specially with power bi) it doesn't mean that we have problems nor that user experience is compromised. Having an optiong to send email notifications when we hit 100% interactive delay and 100% interactive background would be of great help.
On my side we're trying to setup a monitoring solution to auto-alert when a capacity it throttled. Is power automate + fabric metrics dataset a viable solution?
