We love that PowerBI allows us to subscribe to a report, however, we cannot change the recipient email address. So... when the business community has a question, they can only reply to "Microsoft Power BI <[email protected]>". There should be the ability to change the email recipient, much like in SSRS.
Along with those lines, we cannot change the body of the email. The ability to customize the body can be extremely useful.
Most importantly, an admin should be able to see all subscriptions, so that he/she can add/remove users to the subscription.
Hopefully, you can implement these ideas!
thanks!

Thank you for the idea, Henry. We appreciate the feedback and will take the request around customizing email address and email body under conisideration.
Regarding admins being able to view and manage others' subscriptions, today, workspace admins have the ability to do so: https://learn.microsoft.com/power-bi/collaborate-share/end-user-subscribe?tabs=creator#manage-subscriptions.

Really agree with the points in Henry's idea here - customizable sending domains and email body's would be valuable enhancements to the report subscriptions functionality.
Currently my org has to use Power Automate to deliver Power BI reports to external customers so that the email is sent from my org's domain rather than [email protected]. It doesn't look too professional to send reports to external customers coming from [email protected] and having the user's email that subscribed them to the report in the email body.

That's a great idea. We are implementing dynamic subscriptions for paginated reports to send to external customers. It would be very helpful to be able to change the "Microsoft Power BI
". for a company domain email so they can easily reply when something needs to be addressed. - shmuel_asherNew Member
That's a great idea!

This is a great idea, especially for paginated reports where there is good use case for someone to respond to the team responsible for sending out the report.

We also extremely need to have a possibility to enter much more characters in the body of email subscription! Now its only 235 characters (with spaces) available. If i need to describe my report and give even a short guidance or brief on the report to my key stakeholders then i need at least up to 1000 characters with spaces. I will appreciate Microsoft dev.team to consider this crucial feature improvement! Thanks in advance!
