EffectiveUserName for SSAS Connections

Another useful features for Power BI Desktop, would be the ability to specify an EffectiveUserName when connecting to SSAS.

    We should be able to specify a Role (as in Excel, and with any SSAS connection string) as well as specify a particular EffectiveUserName (overriding what the Gateway would normally supply).
