Need the ability to set the transparency of the ESRI Tooltip when mousing over a data point on a map. It would also be helpful to be able to adjust the text color and background color of that tooltip as well.

- Not having transparency on the pointing dialog boxes is a big disadvantage using the PowerBI for mapping related displays / dashboarding.
