Dynamic size of visuals by parameters and conditions

Sometimes we may have several visuals on one page in a dashboard filtered by a slicer, if one of the visuals (size like 1/4 or 1/3 of the screen) on a selected date is blank, can we use conditions  or parameters in another visual to hold the space. (Also for using BI visuals in slides)
