Dynamic measure name

Have the functionality (FX) to make the measure name dynamic.

Example: when selecting in period 2024-04 in the slicer, that the measures shows the period and previous Month ( now as M-1 fixed) becomes dynamic as 2024-03 and previous year will be 2023-04 instead of year-1.

Now we need to put text boxes above the measure titles to show this feature
