Visual should be able to resize (hiehgt, width) dynamically based on assigned fields, similarly they should be positioned (top,left or x,y) and their rotation should be allowed to set dynamically as well. We use other tools for visualization as well for example Google Charts, where all these things are possible via Javascript, html and css. In many ways power bi has very limited functionality.
