Dynamic Constant Line for Targets/Benchmarks

Allow constant lines in Power BI to be driven by a measure. There is a need to have targets or benchmarks that are dynamic based on other selections on the page and these items could change at different points in time. Currently the constant feature for graphs on the Analytics pane requires values to be hardcoded/entered.

This would be extremely helpful. Also, if that line could be a range between 2 points

It has been years and this should be a priority. Everything needs a custom target.
