Drillthrough with multiple filters - ability to force drillthrough when in context of both filters

At the moment, when there are two drill through filters defined for a page, you can get to that page from anywhere where either of those filters is satisfied. e.g. if Department and Date are both drill through filters, visuals on other pagers where either Department or Date are included will allow the drill through. I want it to be an 'And' (or at least have a toggle) - only allow drill through if both Department and Date are selected. At the moment my workaround is to duplicate the column to allow only the drill through where I need it.
