Drill through Choose the drill throughs you dont want to show

I have a report with lots of drill throughs and in some cases I'm given more Drill through reports than I would like For example, I have a top level report and drill through to a region. I then Drill through on another category to a detail report containing all the data (Line By Line). I have a drill through to the one data item from this report. However, bycause region is also in this table I click on a row and can choose my lowest level drill through AND the Region Drill through that I clicked on earlier. I want the drill throughs to be a little less confusing for the user. Can I stop the region one from appearing here and just show the lowest level drill through without having to get rid of the region column in the table?

this is very much wanted, but also not just for visuals, but for multiple summary pages to drill through to the same Detail page, but not each other.

This would be incredibly useful for our reports. We build several drill-throughs for more detail. Often, not all drill-throughs make sense where they are being displayed. Being able to limit where drill-throughs are available would greatly benefit usability and reduce confusion.

I have a series of Maps for different categories that I need to be able to drill through to specific detail pages, having the ability to restrict to which page a drill-through can go, allows me have a more meaningful navigation through my report

With some work into modeling...this seems to be achievable using RLS features, as clarified in this thread:

The current workaround of duplicating columns is not efficient for maintenance. This feature is very much needed
