Visor users want to use a report with applied RLS in powerbi desktop. Is interesting to enable the option of download pbix and datasets with RLS applied.

- We have multiples regions using the same Central dataset inside PBI service with RLS. But they are not able to create their own reports on PBI Desktop as the RLS does not work on Desktop and they can see everything with is a huge loophole. Please consider this need. Currently we are blocked by this functionality to deploy PBI globally and will rollback to on premise ((
