Download copy of report from Power BI Service where the original report is in another space.

We'd like to be able to download pbix which is a copy of report in Power BI service where the original/main report is in another workspace. Please remove limitation from below. 

You can't download a copy of a report if the copy is saved in a workspace other than where the original report is saved.
