Download admin settings to a file from portal

I am requested to report on all settings made in the admin portal. (every field that was changed, like specify security groups.)

Currently these can be gathered manualy or via the rest api only.

To make this more efficient, i would like to request a button on the admin portal to export download the settings to a file.
