Don't limit download data file sizes

Don't limit download data file sizes Right now I need to be able to download a large csv from Power BI desktop and I'm getting the error message: "Data Exceeds the Limit" and "Your data is too large . Some data sampling may occur". And right now the table doesn't even appear to be that large: 6 columns x 811 rows. Idea: Please remove the governor on the ability to download large CSV files.

So the count of rows was incorrect on the above, but there still shouldn't be a governor to get access.

agree. if the "large" limitation had an explanation on the UI I could create a workaround without guessing. 6x811 is ridiculously low. Any suggestion what else to use in Excel would be great.

Agree that this must be a recent bug, after installing the Nov 2017 release I cannot now export tables that I previously could.

This must be a recent bug introduced in the Oct 2017 release - prior to this release I was able to export a table with a large number of rows, but now (using the Nov 2017 release) I'm unable to export the same tables???

Having a similar issue here...prior to the November update, I was able to export tables that are now being blocked...frustrating.

I had the issue with a very small data set. I tried an experiment, publishing the report to powerbi.com and then exporting the data from there. Worked nicely. Worth a try,

Agreed, the limit in the Desktop version is extremely irritating.
