Display Visualisations / FIlters & Fields side bars when dashboard is open, instead of having to type something in Ask a Question box first

The visualisation and fields filters should show by default on dashboard screens (or at least have an option to do so), rather than having to strat typing in the Ask a Question box to enable them. Many users, particularly those with plenty of Excel experience find it easier to build visualisatiuons this way.
