As a Fabric Administrator I would like to regain full control over Fabric platform which for now, in my opinion, is not in place.
Currently, for some tenant settings Capacity Admins are able to 'take over' global admin role and overwrite setting on the capacity level changing the way platform is planned to be developed. This can lead to unexpected usage of the platform resources as well as creation of unwated solutions when no proper oversight is applied.
In that matter why even to bother and display such feature to admin if I can't even do anything about it? It is strange to me as a global admin I can't edit something in the platform settings but someone with lower priviliges can. If some users wish to have that freedom - fine leave it as an option. But now I am missing proper governance level over the platform. Simply - allow admins to change the setting.
