Currently Export data can be disabled from the service but not from Power BI Embeded. We want to keep our data from being able to exported by others and see Power BI Embeded as our prefered roll out ...
This sees to be implemented now. Adding settings: { commands: [{ exportData: { displayOption: 2 } }] } to embedding configuration hides export option. Somehow documented here: https://microsoft.github.io/PowerBI-JavaScript/interfaces/_node_modules_powerbi_models_dist_models_d_.isettings.html
