Deployment Pipeline roles

For workspaces there a 4 roles (admin, contributer, member, viewer). These do not exist for Deployment pipelines. Every user is an admin. I suggest to add different roles. An example is to disallow certain users from the ability do delete a deployment pipeline.

I'd love to see a "user" role for Deployment Pipelines that would allow users only to do the content deployment. It doesn't make sense to let everyone who needs to push content let's say to a UAT workspace to be able to modify deployment rules or re-assign workspaces to stages.
