Deployment Pipeline and App creation permissions

We want to be able to assign Contributors the ability to deploy to PROD but not to create the App. The idea is to use the PROD Workspace as Pre-Prod and the App as actual Production.

Contributor has no permission to deploy in Deployment pipelines at the moment. 
However, we are exploring on adding this permission in order to be aligned with the WS permissions.
Once contributor will be able to deploy in DP, please advise that the contributor can update and App (including creation) only if allowed (according to the ws permissions).

As for differing between Pre-prod and Prod - we are about to release the option to build a customized pipeline of 2-10 stages that you may be intrested in. ETA for now is Oct-2023.
