Delegated admin for Power BI

Currently there is no possibility to get delegated admin rights for Power BI. This is a must have especially for smaller companies as they rely on external (Power) BI knowledge. They can give delegated admin rights for O365 and should be able to do so for Power BI also

We really need PBI admin feature only to permit Data Scientist manage Gateways and get reports abou PBI usage, Manage Enterprise features, etc
