Default Prefix to workspace naming based on department name using O365 in Power BI Service

Workspace name prefix as "DepartmentName" by default when user trying to create workspace in Power Bi Service? Ex: FIN - Quaterly Reports. FIN should be default to the Finance team users and next whatever the user wanted to name the workspace?
