Multiple requests from groups that would like to see a decomposition tree. Typically they are from Proclarity/PerformancePoint world.
To implement breakdown trees in a way that will perform well and be scalable we'll need to enhance some deep architectural foundations in the Power BI visuals framework. The enhancements will allow a visual to send multiple different queries to the BI model and "stitch" them together to a single graphical representation. This architectural enhancement is a significant effort and we will start it this sprint with the intent of delivering this summer. Once completed it will open the door to a whole new class of visuals, including the breakdown trees.
