Datset as a Data Source

Add the ability to consume a Dataset from PowerBI service via the Desktop. This would allow reports to be built using the Desktop vs having to login to the Service, but mostly it allows centralization of Data etc. Other features this would provide is the ability to add calcs and join other data with a Dataset or join multiple Datasets together. I suggest to add the ability of data source can interchange to "Power BI service" from Dataset which was well published. It would save much storage and more convenience for such reports via different contents and different user all using same dataset.
