Date slicer with default date range

Allow the between Date Slicer to have a dynamic default date as start and end and still sllow the user to select whatever other dates they may need if they want to change the default date when viewing the report.

For example having the report default to MTD, but still allow the user to select a different larger date range, and then next month it automatically defaults to the new MTD.
