Data streamed from ASA is not up to date.

Using ASA I adjusted the timestamp to add a necessary 2 hour offset to UTC dates. Dashboards are now two hours behind. when viewing reports directly in Power BI data is up to date but tiles using "last x hours" is 2 hours behind.
