Data refresh fails when using an Oracle database if "Navigate using full hierarchy" is checked.
The data refresh works in the desktop app but not in the service.

- cbyersNew MemberYes, the error posted by Oguz is the exact error and yes the latest version of the Enterprise Gateway works.
- fbcideas_migusrNew MemberCould you try downloading the latest version of the Enterprise Gateway from the Download Center and trying this again? Thanks, M.

Hi, what's the error message? Is it something like "This database function doesn't support the query option 'HierarchicalNavigation' with value 'true'." ? - chass
