Data is not refreshing

Data is not refreshing over the gateway. all settings are correct. Reports will not update.

Also getting the same .. Says Preparing for refresh for around 10 seconds in top right, then it goes away .. No failure. This is for data in SQL Server DB using data import .. Report using Direct Query, and using the same gateway, is updating fine.

We are having the same issue, but using Azure Storage Tables as the Datasource, when refreshing from the Web Experience. We get the following error: "Your data source can't be refreshed because the credentials are invalid. Please update your credentials and try again." We have checked the credentials, and they work fine from Storage Explorer and such.

I can refresh from desktop version without issue, but in Power BI online, I get an error that the credentials are invalid. However, I cannot update the creditials in the settings (I just get the spinning circle that the system is working). I am using "Connect Directly" to connect to files on OneDrive.

Exactly the same issue. I've spent all morning trying to figure it out because the service health in the Office 365 Admin Centre is reporting no issues.

We are facing the same issue for all datasets that are connecting through personal gateway. When we click the refresh now it disappears. Gateway shows online and data source credentials are connected

The automatic refresh hasn't done anything. When I press "Refresh now", I get a "popup" saying "preparing refresh" for a split second and then nothing happens.
