Data Table Column Header Auto Sort and Referencing a table from 1 Bi file to Another.

Good day.

First point is more of an annoyance than a suggestion. Please can we have an option to disable to the auto sorting of the order of columns based on the alphabetical letters, that also includes the Tables in the data table list.

Secondly. Why can we not pull the resulting table from a query from 1 power bi file to another. Same as you would pull a table off a sheet in Excel.
