Data Stories dashboard not loading

A report I recently uploaded to the Data Stories gallery, "Robot Wars - Social Media Analysis" is displaying a blank (grey) canvas where the report should be. I click to edit the post and checked that the report URL is pointing where it should be - copying & pasting this URL into my browser does correctly display the report - but for some reason it is not showing up in the Data Stories page.
