- mbarlowNew MemberWithout lineage Power BI must be eliminated as a contender in the BI market for institutions like banks which need to be able to trace data flow to the element in a report for auditing purposes and also source to target mapping for side effects that could be caused by a change. Our company likes the way Power BI is headed, we just need to be able to audit and do STTM.

As an analyst to be able to say what is this and have it fetch the data governance definition for that object from a repository would be awesome. Heck even reading the extended properties for that table/column would be fantastic.
